Had to wait seven years for his maiden victory on his home tour as he claimed the Kaido Golden V1 Open. He followed this up with his second win the next season at the Golf Zone DYB Education Tour Championship.

Secured his maiden DP World Tour title at the co-sanctioned Genesis Championship on home soil, firing a final round seven under par 64 to win the title by three strokes and earning status on Golf's Global Tour until the end of the 2027 season.
