Robert MacIntyre became the first Scot in 20 years to win the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship by four shots over Ryder Cup teammate Tyrrell Hatton, a week after they helped Europe win the Ryder Cup away from home for just the fifth time in history at Bethpage Black.
MacIntyre's fourth DP World Tour victory, and second on home soil, saw him move up to a career-high of eighth on the Official World Golf Ranking.
