The South African is looking to become just the third player in DP World Tour history to win three consecutive events after Sir Nick Faldo and Seve Ballesteros after his victories at the Magical Kenya Open presented by absa and Investec South African Open Championship.
Scot Hill is looking to continue some impressive form of his own with two runner-up finishes and a top 20 in his last four starts, while Lawrence is also a former winner of this event, albeit at a different venue
The marquee trio will get started on the first at 12.30 at Houghton Golf Club.
Ten minutes earlier, the in-form Angel Ayora gets under way alongside Francesco Laporta and Shaun Norris, while former champions Shubhankar Sharma and Dan Bradbury go off alongside Conor Syme at 12.40.
In the morning, Race to Dubai Rankings Delivered by DP World leader Patrick Reed tees off the tenth with nearest challenger and fellow two-time 2026 winner Jayden Schaper and England's Andy Sullivan at 7.30.
In-form Hennie du Plessis goes off ten minutes earlier in the company of fellow South African Wilco Nienaber and France's Julien Guerrier.
Ever-popular Englishman Eddie Pepperell enjoyed his best result for almost three years last week and he tees off the first at 7.30 with the evergreen Darren Fichardt - champion in 2017 - and Kyle Barker.
Harding headlines qualifiers
Two-time DP World Tour winner Justin Harding was one of ten players to come through qualifying at Killarney Country Club on Tuesday.
He will tee off the first at 8.20 in the company of Andrew Johnston and Euan Walker.
