Raiffeisenbank have been named as the new title partner for the eighth edition of the formerly known Kaskáda Golf Challenge, with the Raiffeisenbank Golf Challenge set to take place at Brno Kaskáda from June 12-15.
The Raiffeisenbank Golf Challenge is the first of two events during the 2025 Road to Mallorca taking place in the Czech Republic.
First played in Prague in 2017 under the title of the Prague Golf Challenge, Englishman Garrick Porteous was crowned the first winner. Two years later, it was won by Frenchman Antoine Rozner, who has since gone on to become a three-time winner on the DP World Tour.
Since 2021, the event has been held in Brno under the name Kaskáda Golf Challenge, with the event this year renamed due to Raiffeisenbank’s title partnership.
Petr Dědek Jr., Head of Relmost, promoters of the event, said: "For us this year it will be the biggest event of men's professional golf in the Czech Republic, together with the D+D REAL Czech Challenge tournament in Beroun, also a HotelPlanner Tour tournament.
"However, for Kaskáda we are taking over many elements that we used at our Czech Masters tournaments on the DP World Tour.
"We have added a social section, events for partners, we are expanding the Pro-Am to two bikes, and with our new partner Porsche we have prepared test drives during Tuesday afternoon. All this to make the tournament more attractive for fans and our partners."
Jamie Donaldson, 2014 D+D REAL Czech Masters winner, Jamie Donaldson, and author of the winning point for Europe in the Ryder Cup at Gleneagles in the same year, also an ambassador for the event.
