The HotelPlanner Tour and content creator Monday Q Info are set to team up for the Irish Challenge, taking place at Killeen Castle from August 7-10.
Killeen makes its debut as a host venue on the Road to Mallorca this year, in an event that comes at a crucial time for those hoping to earn promotion to the DP World Tour at the end of the 2025 season.
The Irish Challenge marks the 20th event of the 29-tournament Road to Mallorca schedule, with the leading 20 players at the end of the season earning a life-changing card on golf’s Global Tour.
Ryan French – the man behind Monday Q Info – will be in County Meath for the entirety of the week, providing an alternative view of the week across his social media accounts.
French started the @acaseofthegolf1 X account eight years ago to cover qualifying events and satellite tours and since then has been telling stories via his website, Instagram and YouTube channels.
“I am beyond excited to cover an event on the HotelPlanner Tour,” he said. “I can't wait to get to Ireland and tell some stories from the other side of the pond.
“It’s truly surreal to have an opportunity to be able to travel to Ireland and cover a HotelPlanner event. When I started doing this, I never thought I'd have opportunities like this and I can't wait to get there.”
A self-confessed ‘golf nerd’ who has caddied on the PGA TOUR, French has built up an engaged following in excess of 220,000, and will bring his unique storytelling to the Irish Challenge as he continues to showcase the realities of the professional game at all levels.
