What are digital tickets?

All tickets to DP World Tour events are being issued digitally, replacing the need for a paper or print-at-home ticket.

Where can I find my tickets?

Firstly, you need to access your ticketing dashboard using your My Tour account. You can choose any of these ways to access it:

A) Directly through an email sent by our ticket provider (look in your email inbox for an email from DP WORLD TOUR Ticketing)

B) Via the DP World Tour website: europeantour.com and selecting ‘My Tickets’ at the top right of the page

When you have reached your ticketing dashboard, please follow these steps to access your tickets:

1) Select ‘Events’
2) Click on ‘View Details’ of your selected event
3) Click on 'View Tickets' to reveal and manage your digital tickets for the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship

Your tickets are only accessible using your My Tour account with the same email address that you purchased the tickets with. Please find more information on digital tickets on our FAQ page.

We recommend familiarising yourself with accessing your tickets now, so that on the day of the event you can easily present your ticket for scanning at the entrance!

How can I transfer my tickets?

To transfer tickets to other guests in your group, please follow these instructions:

1) Follow the steps above to view the details of your tickets
2) Click on ‘Transfer’
3) Select the tickets you wish to transfer
4) Enter your guest’s email address, then click ‘Continue’
5) Your guest will be emailed with details of how to accept the ticket.

They must sign in using the same email address that you sent the tickets to. If they don't have a My Tour account, they will need to create one as part of the process to receive their ticket.

All attendees, excluding children, are required to have a digital ticket on their own mobile device. Ticket transfer is now available, and we recommend transferring the tickets ahead of the event.

Event Information

All event information can be found here and is also available on the DP World Tour App which can be downloaded here or on site by scanning the QR codes located around the venue. The official app is where you will find all the tournament information and updates, including live scores, tee times, player locator, interactive course map, catering locations, full event schedule and entertainment.

Tournament Format

Date: Thursday 06 November - Sunday 09 November 2025

Field: Minimum of 70 players

Format: The tournament will be a 72-hole stroke play event, and the field will play all four rounds. In the event of a tie for the first place, there will be a holy-by-hole play-off.

Prize Presentation: The Prize Presentation will be held on the 18th green upon the conclusion of play (approximately 16:30) on Sunday 09 November 2025.

Prize Money: $9,000,000

Contactless Payment

There will be no ATM’s onsite. This is a cashless event. Contactless payments accepted.

Bag Search

There will be a 100% bag search in operation at the entrance to the venue. We will also have sniffer dogs.

Welcome Tent

The Welcome Tent is the main entrance to the Championship. Beside the Welcome Tent there will be the following facilities:

Ticket Sales
Accreditation Office

Spectator's Etiquette

Remain still for each shot and do not move until all the Players in the group have played or holed out.

Kneel or sit down if you are in the front row. Consider other spectators when using an umbrella.

Do not speak to the players while they are on the course.

Please keep behind the ropes and barriers on the course and use the official crossing points.

Walk, don’t run, and obey the course marshals – they are trying to make your day more enjoyable.

There is no dress code in public areas.

Dress accordingly for the weather conditions. Sensible shoes should be worn. No metal spikes allowed.

Please listen to any public address announcements and follow instructions from officials and volunteers should they be necessary.

The Course

Spectators can move freely around the golf course but please stay outside the ropes. Controlled crossing points, which are clearly marked by signposts and manned by course Marshals, should be used when crossing fairways. The Player Locator and Interactive Map will be available to use during event week on-site.

Practice Days

The practice days prior to the event days are not open to the public. The event is open to the public from Thursday to Sunday.

Marshals

Head of Volunteering Gareth Granville and team will be managing the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship volunteer programme. The Marshals are extremely influential in helping to ensure that play runs smoothly. The purpose of a Marshal is to ensure that the competitors are able to compete under the best conditions. Many of the marshals have volunteered at a number of other golf events and have a good understanding of the appropriate golfing etiquette.

Championship Village

The Championship Village is where it’s all happening off the golf course and where you will find plenty of seating to relax. There will be fun activities for the whole family, retail units and food and drink outlets ensuring that the golf course is not the only place where the action is happening. Be sure to head back to the Main Stage in the Village to catch top music acts after the golf!

Where are the practices facilities at the tournament located?

The practice range for the Championship are located beside the Clubhouse, between the Championship Village and 1st tee.

Principal Putting Green and Chipping Green are beside the Championship Village.

The short game area for pitching and bunker play is located near to the Main Entrance tent.

Event Facilities

Will there be a first aid team on site?

Yes, a full medical and first aid team will be available at all times when the site is open.

Are there public toilets accessible around the course?

Yes, there are plenty of public toilet facilities situated around the course and in the Championship Village.

Are there water refill facilities available on site?

There are plenty of refill stations on site, please bring a reusable water bottle.

Is there free Wifi available?

Yes, there is limited wifi available. No password for the #ETG-Public-Hotspot. The user will need to enter their name, email address, and accept the terms and conditions to onboard onto the network.

Will there be merchandise available to purchase on site?

Official 2025 Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship merchandise is on sale at the Merchandise Shop in the Championship Village. Official European Tour Merchandise can be found here online too.

How can I access event information whilst at the tournament?

All event information can be found here and is also available on the DP World Tour App which can be downloaded here or on site by scanning the QR codes located around the venue. The official app is where you will find all the tournament information and updates, including live scores, tee times, player locator, interactive course map, catering locations, full event schedule and entertainment. Additional information will be added as soon as it is confirmed.

Can I bring my own food and drink?

No picnics / picnic hampers to be brought into the venue. Alcoholic beverages are also not permitted to be brought into the venue. We do allow a small packed lunch and soft drink in a small backpack.

However, there are many Public Catering & On-Course Catering offerings. These public catering areas will be serving a variety of food and drink located:

17th Green – Viewing Deck

Catering outlets may change depending on availability.

On course toilet facilities

Public toilet facilities will be available at the following locations:

Between 11th Fairway and 17th Green (by HSBC Skybox)

Leaderboards

Electronic leaderboards will be located in the following areas:

5th Tee
7th Tee

Inclement Weather

Observe the leaderboards and big screens throughout the golf course for weather warning signs that will appear prior to inclement weather moving into the area. Spectators are advised to take precautions PRIOR to play being suspended. If the siren sounds, seek shelter immediately, avoiding the following:

Open areas
Hilltops or high places
Isolated trees
Golf buggies
Wire fences

Clothing & What to wear

It would be recommended to wear casual golf wear. The ground is uneven therefore appropriate footwear should be worn to avoid injury. Sun exposure is high therefore we encourage spectators to wear SPF and a hat. Please check the weather forecast before you set off on your journey.

Smoking & Alcohol policies

Smoking is not permitted in any structure, including outdoor balconies & viewing platforms.

Alcohol will be permitted on viewing platforms at this event.

Is there a public creche?

There will not be a public crèche at this venue.

Can I bring a buggy / pushchair?

Yes, you can. However, please be aware of uneven terrain. Children should always be accompanied by an adult. Baby Changing facilities can be found in the Public Toilets.

Are dogs permitted on the course?

Dogs are not permitted on the course with the exception of trained assistance guide dogs, and we respectfully suggest that you do not leave your pet in the car. Familiarise yourself with the location of First Aid stations and refreshment areas. On entry to the venue look for the map board, this will help you find exits, key facilities and provide other key information. You can also use the interactive map which will be available on-site during event week.

Lost property & luggage

Lost property that has been found can be handed in to the nearest marshal, volunteer or event official. All items will be delivered to the Championship Office onsite until the end of the tournament. Any items not collected will then be turned into Yas Links Golf Club.

There will not be a left luggage facility at this tournament.

Can I bring a backpack / rucksack to the event?

Small bags and rucksacks are permitted at the Championship. For your safety, security bag searches will be in operation on entry.

Bicycles

Bicycle parking will be available outside of the main entrance to the Welcome Tent, on a first come first served basis. Bicycles are left at your own risk. Please provide your own lock.
