The DP World Tour enjoys welcoming all spectators to its events and to help persons with accessibility needs to attend and enjoy the Abu Dhabi HSBC Championship the following ticketing policies are in place:

VULNERBALE PERSON WRISTBAND

Available at the Main Entrance Tent. We would suggest offering these to parents with young children and those attending events with vulnerable adults.  Spectators who choose to use these simply need to write a contact number on the inside of the wristband and can then complete as much or as little additional information as they wish.  For example, some parents may prefer not to add the name of their child.

SUNFLOWER LANYARD

We recognise sunflower lanyards for people who have a hidden disability that might not be visible to see. They are for people who want to let us know that they may need some extra help, time or assistance. When you wear your sunflower lanyard, a member of staff may ask you if there is anything we can do to help you.

What is a hidden disability?

A hidden disability is a disability that may not be immediately obvious. This could be, for example:

  • Sensory loss, including difficulty seeing or hearing
  • A physical disability that may not be obvious
  • Autism
  • A learning disability
  • Anxiety or any other mental health condition.

There is no qualifying list of hidden disabilities. If you have a hidden disability and feel that you would benefit from wearing a sunflower lanyard, please do.

CERTIFIED ASSISTANCE DOGS

Certified Assistance Dogs are welcomed to the Grounds. Please note that they must be always kept on the lead.
